Though I can't play a single instrument with any sort of rudimentary proficiency, I've always been intensely enthusiastic about music. After pooling enough allowance money to buy a copy of Blue Öyster Cult's Secret Treaties (which I still have), my addiction to music was started, and more than 35 years later shows no signs of abating. After writing for www.bigtakeover.com and the now-defunct Popwatch in the early 1990's, I didn't do much of anything in relation to critique of music until I got immersed into photography, and the spark was re-born. I hope you can get a sense of my passion through my images and words. And remember, bring yr earplugs.
